Default Windows Contacts - Back up to Cloud

    Hi,

I have just backed up my Contacts to the Cloud.

I was able to see them all as individual files, but as xml format.

If I download them to Vista will I need to input all the data into the forms again?

If so, can they be backed up so that this is not necessary. That is, can they be backed up so that if I need to download them to Vista's Contacts they will reform the files in the original format in Contacts?

    Thanks

Just to be sure we are on the same page, are you really talking about "Windows" Contacts, or your email program's list of Contacts?

Windows contacts are exported as CSV (comma separated values) for importing into a spreadsheet. You "should" be able "import" back with no problems.
