Well, I found two Anti virus softwares pretty good...
They provide powerful security to PC, against Viruses and Spywares..
    1. Kesparsky
    2. E-Set Smart Security..
    both of these are nice..

If we are talking about Free AV products then the best of the best is Microsoft Security Essentials.

AVG is the worst in my opinion, and is also the worst for causing bsod.

Avast isn't much better than AVG for that matter.

Avira, I would say second best.

For paid AV products Kaspersky is the best

    Norton is just plain crap

All my opinion by the way, and i say all this as i have had a lot of experience in most AV products through testing over the years.

Note; AV products do not respond or Act the same on different pc's this is because of the type hardware each pc's has plus other things, so the only real possible way is to see whats best for you is to test it for yourself, No one can actually say whats best for your pc alone.

The absolute best at protecting your computer is:
Norton AntiVirus 2011, Norton Internet Security 2011 and Norton 360 Version 4.0- Symantec Store
    Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Gary S. Norton

AVG is no good on vista or win 7, i had to fix some pc's it was installed on.
AVG also does not see a lot of viruses, and AVG also finds a lot of good programs as a worm (false positives).

i use E-Set Smart Security, have been for about a year now.
i have used AVG, till i had all kinds of problems like files missing after reboot.
sense i have been using E-Set Smart Security, i have had no problems.

on my win 7 laptop, i am trying MSE, i will see if it is any good

Mcafee is also a good antivirus to use and it is just for free. But I'm using Eset NOD32 right now on my PC.
