Find out, check if you have admin rights in Windows 7 with IsADmin
IsAdmin is a simple application which lets you find out if you have admin rights, quickly.
Simply run it. If you see the green color it means you have. If you see red color, it means you dont have admin rights. 
Download IsADmin.
UPDATE BY ADMIN: Pls note that based on comments below, it appears that the tool does not work correctly.

It's not exactly accurate -- my account shows admin in the control panel, but when I run IsAdmin, it says i don't have admin right.

Control Panel > User Accounts > Against your name you can see the type of account.
Type lusrmgr.msc in start search and hit Enter to open the Local User Manager. Here you can see/change some more details.
