How to get email notifications of New topics and Replies at this forum?

Hi,

I've gone through my profile settings several times but can't seem to achieve what I want. Perhaps it's not possible at this forum, so thought I'd ask here?

1. What I want is to get an email notification of any reply to a topic thread I've participated in.
2. I'd also like to get an email notification if there is a new topic (thread) started in the groups I'm interested in.
3. I *think* I have it set so that I'm notified by email if I get a PM on this forum, but don't know if that's working until a member sends me a PM I guess

Can anyone please advise if what I want to achieve in the three points above is indeed possible at this forum, and if so, what settings I need to set to ensure I get those notifications via email?

I do not think that email notifications are possible currently.

Maybe the admin needs to change some forum settings from its control panel.
