Default Enable / Disable a toolbar with registry ?

When you right click on the top of IE, there is a contextual menu which show all bars and let you the possibility to enable / disable each one.

How IE does to know if he has to activate or not a toolbar ? Is it in the registry ?

    Thank you very much,

Yes, the settings are saved in the registry. Under the following
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\CommandBar

I uninstalled IE9 this week and not 100% positive but there may be a few in other locations as well, but I am pretty sure they are all located within the CommandBar key. Once I install the Beta back this weekend I can tell you every location for certain.

Just right click on Top of IE and click on any available toolbar option... A check mark is shown if it is enabled.
