18th February 2015, 20:04 #1 IE home page is hijacked in Windows 8.1
Hi,
my home page: https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox
is hi-jacked by:
omniboxes : omniboxes.com/?type=sc&ts=1424183708&from=obw&uid=WDCXWD10EZEX-00BN5A0_WD-WCC3F5DFN1PEFN1PE
This "omnibox" appeared recently, I deleted every trace of it in the Registry and is not found on the PC.
Anybody suffered similar to assist us?

This post will help you reset and restore you settings. AdwCleaner is a good tool to use: Browser Hijacking and Free Browser Hijacker Removal Tools .

Sparks? I am not aware of it. Can you give me its link please?
ADWARE? You mean AdwCleaner? Disable your security software temporarily, download AdwCleaner from the official source (its home page) and use it. Once the scan and removal is done with, remember to enable it again.
