Default How to findout machines listening on a particular port

I am looking for a windows based utility which can broadcast my request to network and findout howmany machines/ips are listening on the port I have given. Am I thinking too much? Nah!..nmap in unix does this but looking for same functionality in windows. I am not much flexible with Windows version of nmap.

Let me know if you are aware of any tool.

I use Nmap mostly but Advanced Port Scanner has been around forever and is easy to use. Or you can just google "Port scanner". There are a ton of them
