When I try to send an instant message to any of my contact list , messenger shutdown immediately and disappers.
I tried to re install messener several times but no thing changed. I also tried to remove some software i installed before , but i still having the same problem
Please advise if any can have a solution

Which version are you using? Is it the latest beta version? Anyway you could try the following:
1. Use Zap Messenger to uninstall it.
2. Use CCleaner to clear up residual PC junk.
3. Scan your PC with you antivirus.
Now try to reinstall Messenger and see if it helps.
uninstall it and reinstall it, clean ur computer from viruses, clean up registry files, use reginout to solve this
Guys I tried what you have told me , but still have the same Issue. Please advise
or shall I format my laptop to solve the problem
