Google Search to display authors photo too

Google will now even display the content creators photo in search results

Google Search will now start highlighting the people creating this content in Google.com search results.

So if you are a content creator, blogger, etc, make sure that you have uploaded your image and linked your Google Profile with your content.

^^ No you need to have a Google Profile and link it to your content. The details are in the provided link.
BTW anyone know why Google Profile is not available for Google Apps users??
