Default Will Yahoo be using the Google Database ?

Just met with a marketing company and they said that Yahoo and Google are going to partner in their search business.
This meaning that instead of using the "Bing Data Base" for their SERPS Yahoo will be using the Google Serps.

Has N E one heard about this???

    Thanks

    Tony

I did not heard about it. But then it is good if you rank well in one search engine then you can get the traffic from another search engine too.

I have not heard anything like this. But I don't think it is possible as these two are cold rivals. But if it happens it would be a big move and great advantage for the users.

If Yahoo decvides then they can get the benefit of Google by moving their base to Chromium as Bing did.
That way they can make themselves a bit competitive in the market.
They are rivals. sure but Yahoo has a lot to gain by doing that.

Currently, Yahoo does not use Google to handle it’s search queries. However, Yahoo did use Google’s search engine to provide it’s search results in the early 2000’s, but their relationship was terminated in 2003 as they both then became major competitors to one another.

I haven't heard about that as well. And I think it's impossible as Google and Yahoo are competitors.
