    Hi

    Thanks for your tweaker.

I make some translation of english programms and do it in a non-commercial way. Just to develop my website.

Do you think there is a way to make a french localization of Ultimate Windows Tweaker ?
In this case i am disposed to do it, just let me know

    Good idea ?

    Cool does this really work

Hi all, I've recently updated to the latest version of UWT, -but it still doesn't seem to be doing anything... My primary interest is in getting W7 ultimate (build 7600) to recognize the 4GB of ram I do have installed. Under the performance heading I have checked that option several times & rebooted several times... To no apparent avail. Windows>system still tells me 4GB ram of which 3gb is available. 'Belarc Advisor' tells me the same thing, -as does UWT itself. Any ideas on how to accomplish this manually would be greatly appreciated. Or am I missing something?????
    Thanks all -janni

    Default Error in UWT2.1

When I access the Network Tweaks Section (and only this section), UWT2.1 issues an error message that there is an invalid value of "-5" that is not valid for "Value" and that "Value" must be between a "Mininum" and "Maximum".

The error details are as follows:

you are using the 32 bit version of the Windows OS....32bit only recognize RAM's upto 3 GB, if you want to use your 4 GB's then you must upgrade to 64 bit version of Windows.....

That's why I downloaded Ultimate Windows Tweaker. The option states specifically:

Enable support for 4GB of RAM on 32-bit Windows OS

If I had the 64-bit OS installed, I wouldn't need a tweaker to enable 4 GB. In any case, I have the same exact problem as the OP. I click the selection, UWT tells me to reboot, when I get back in the checkbox is clear and I only have access to the same 3 Gig or so as before. Anyone have any success with this?

Default Application Icons Missing After Restore

I used additional tweaks to remove arrows from Shortcut Icons that worked well without a problem. I decided to restored to defaults the arrows came back like they were suppose to however I noticed after reboot some of my shortcut icons were missing replaced with the generic windows icon "blank icon". I was able to fix some shortcut icons by just going to properties and change icons but it also had done it to the exe file. I've already tried different ways to solve this but I can't. I hope to find some information on how to fix this thank you in advance.
