Default Upgraded to Windows 10 and cannot log in

I upgraded my Dell Inspiron yesterday and all was fine. Today I cannot log in- screen flashes continuously and there's no way to enter my computer.

Any suggestions? Currently I am hosed!

    Try these:

1] On the log on screen, can you use the Wi-Fi icon on the lower right side and connect to some network? If so see if you can log in now using your Microsoft Account password or PIN>

2] Else, can you use the On-screen keyboard from the Ease of Access menu at log on screen? if so, see if you can type using it.

3] Else Restart, try to gets into Safe Mode and either Reset This PC or Rollback to your earlier OS.

These are the only thing that comes to my mind.

Lets see if anyone here has better ideas.
