Default Change location of User folders in Windows 10

How do I change the location of the User folders in Windows 10? The method described for W7 does not work.

I have a small SSD for the OS. I need to locate the user folders on a different drive.

Note from Moderator: Since your question is about W10 I moved your post here.
Please post in the right section next time.

Can you please try again, maybe with another folder and check? Do it for each folder individually.

That doesn't work for me and now I have duplicate folders in This PC. At first both were named Desktop. Now they're both named Downloads. It won't let me rename the folders and nothing happens when I change the location. And, strangely, one of the duplicate folders has two different names, NameA in This PC and NameB in Quick access. I will attach screenshots. (Apparently I'm not allowed to post URLs.) I just want my Desktop folder back!!!

Any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated!!!
