Default No more User-interface after rolling back from Windows 10 to Windows 7

Upgraded from windows 7 to 10
In windows 10, I could not synchronize my HTC phone OS windows mobile 6.1 and Windows Mobile Device Center WMDC
Microsoft tech-support tried every thing and finally suggested to roll back from Windows 10 to Windows 7.(case#1314241584 and case#1314233500)
Windows 7 loads up but now I cannot log on because I have no more user-interface . Touch-pad, USB mouse and keyboard no longer respond.
I inserted my windows 7 system repair-disk and the user-interface sprung back to live, and I was now able to use the user-interface. I was able to select the repair mode, but the program did not find any problems.

I restarted the computer (windows 7), and again no user-interface

How can I repair the user-interface so that I can log in and start using my Windows 7 urgently required computer again.
