Window 10 Admin Account locks me out

When I buy new laptop with Windows 10 do I need to have admin account. Meaning it would be like XP Home accounts without admin account. I am having trouble with Windows 7 admin account that locks me out and I would not wont to go through that again.

A new laptop will come with an admin account. If your admin account is locking you out, and if you have used Microsoft Account to login, then go online and change the Microsoft Account password and then use the new one to log into your admin account that you associated with your MS account.
