When you receive an error code 0xC004F051 during activation of your computer connected with enterprise it means the product key has been blocked by the Software Protection Server on Microsoft.

The Software Protection Service reported that the product key is blocked.

This can happen with any type of Volume Licensing keys i.e. MAK and KMS keys. The only way to receive this is getting a new MAK/KMS key, install it on the system and activate.
