Default There are problems with disk C

Hello, everyone! I can’t access disk C at all, as well as I can't neither install programmes for the same reason, nor access a task manager. My laptop is booting. I have got 2 disks : another one is SSD with 512 GB of memory. This is the reason why I can still use my PC. Some programmes were installed on the disk A before (another disk). But now I cant install nothing at all. It says all the time “Windows cant access C, check the spelling of the name. Otherwise, there might be a problem with your network. Try to identify and resolve network problems, click Diagnose.” But I dont have any connection problems, is working perfectly.
When Im trying to access Task Manager, it just doesnt run. What should I do?

Press Windows Key + R then type regedit and hit Enter to open Registry Editor.
Now press Ctrl + F to open Find then type MountPoints2 and click on Find Next.
Right-click on MousePoints2 and select Delete.
Again search for other MousePoints2 entries and delete them all one by one.
Reboot your PC to save changes and see if you’re able to Fix Unable to Open Local Disk (C Issue.
