    with the nonwireless keyboard still attached for the moment, I think you plug in the usb thingie that came with the wireless keyboard; wait until its existence is acknowledged by the pc, then power off. Unplug your attached keyboard, power back on...pc should acknowledge the new wireless keyboard. I think the BIOS or EUFI picks up the usb thingie and keyboard without any input from you.

    There is no need to install any driver for a Wireless Keyboard.
    You need to plug in the USB that came with wireless keyboard and wait until Windows detects it.
    You do not need to install anything for that.
