Default Having arrows always show in explorer?

Is is possible to have the arrows always show? I dont want to pick a classic theme or anything major, just some setting to remove the mouse over only visibility of arrows in folder structures and keep all the other aero settings

I'd be interested to see if someone comes up with some thing here. Can't say it is something I've thought about before.

Yeah !! can be done by editing Windows 7 Aero Visual Style (aero.msstyle)
But I didn't find any custom visual style for Windows 7 to get it.
