Default Running specific application with elevated privileges without admin password?

I'd like to ask if it is possible for a non-administrative account user to run a specific application that requires elevated privileges without supplying administrator's password? Is there perhaps a possibility for the administrator to create a rule for the standard user, so that the user will not be prompted for password?

Found an article that seems might be able to help here - How to launch a program always elevated under Vista UAC. Will try this approach later today and see if it can be applied to a lower standing acount.

Tested this, but the password still had to be supplied.
