    Default How Do I permanantley change the default partition to install programs

    Hi
    I am running windows7 premium 64bit. I have created two partitions on my drive.
    c:=25gig for windows only
    d:=290gig for any installs I might need

    how can I change the registry so that all my files I install get automatically installed on my d:drive?

    can anyone help

    Mick
