Default Phone Dialer crashes Windows 7

    Hello from Thailand.

Every time I tried to run the Phone Dialer program, my system (Win7 Home Premium 32bit) crashed.

    What's wrong?

    P.S.
The Phone Dialer program came with the WAP (Windows Access Panel) by Ritesh Kawadkar of Windows Club. So maybe I should post my question in Windows Help Forum - Windows Discussions - The Windows ClubHouse - Windows Access Panel - Feedback & Suggestions (I'm not allowed to post URLs)

To run the System File Checker in Windows 7 or Vista, type cmd in start search box. In the result, which appear, on top, right click on cmd and select Run As Administrator.

In the command prompt window which opens, type sfc /scannow and hit Enter.

Wait till the scan gets over.

Or else use FixWin to do so easily.

    Thanks HappyAndyK.

I run System File Checker, and...
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and repaired them. Unfortunately, I'm unable to open a log file in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log ("Access is denied") to see what was wrong.

    P.S.
I should also mention that I'm on ADSL line with Netgear DG834 Modem Router, and do not have VOICE modem on my desktop.
