    Default Installation blocked by win7

    Hi,
I want to remotely connect to the camera-server at work.
    I have a working VPN-connection.
The server sends a file (IEPlugin.cab) to be installed here on my remote PC.
When i try to install that, Windows7 tells me it's blocked because the publisher is unknown.
( I have a dutch win7 so i don't know the excact words in english)
How can i tell Windows to accept and install that file anyway ??

Any help would be appreciated !
    Thanks,
    Luc

    Is your Windows7 a 64 bit OS ?

I think it's something to do with Driver's signing, Windows 7 (x64) does not allow the installation of unsigned drivers.

Check with the Admin at your work to see If there is a way to update the Cam's driver in order to support 64 bit windows.

    Hi,

    It's a 32bit version of Win7 Ultimate i have running on a Intel Core2 duo 3.0 / 3.0 processor.
The file it won't install is IEPlugin.cab
I have read the info in the link but it's not for 32bit so useless for me.

Any further help is welcome ;-)
    Thanks,
    Luc
