    Question disable pagefile (Virtual Memory)

UWT allows disabling the pagefile (Virtual Memory). I can't remember having done so but UWT shows itís disabled. So what does "disable pagefile (Virtual Memory)" actually do? The pagefile itself is still there and in use (I defined one myself on a separate drive). Please advise.

@hackerman1 He is talking about Ultimate Windows Tweaker.

@Submariner Thanks for your feedback. UWT scans primary partition to detect pagefile and you moved pagefile.sys manually to other drive. So its showing DISABLED.
Thanks! We are fixing it and you will get updated bits very soon.

Generally it's a good idea to leave the pagefile on. Despite how much RAM you may have, there's still programs that will want to read/write to the pagefile. Some may not even work without a pagefile, though I have never seen such a thing (partly because with Windows 7 I have my pagefile automatically managed by Windows itself).
