    d3dx9_35.dll is a DirectX file.

Check if you have the latest version of DirectX and if not, please install it.

Shortcut to fix the .dll error is to download and install [Deleted]. It fixes .dll errors and registry errors in just few clicks.

The simple solution for this problem is to download the missing file. As the error saying that you are missing the d3dx9_35.dll file, you have to download it and set it up on your system. Here goes the steps on how you can do it easily.

    (1) Download d3dx9_35.dll file. (If you're confused which link is for the download, just hit the d3dx9_35.dll free download link.)
    (2) Now, put the file in the root folder of the app which is asking for this .dll file. If it doesn't work, then try to copy the file to C:\Windows\System32.
    (3) After doing so, restart your PC.

If everything goes fine, then okay, otherwise follow these additional steps.
Go to Start>>Run and type CMD. It will pop out the command prompt box. Now, type the following command in it.
    regsvr32 d3dx9_35.dll

This will register the file to the system registry.

    Hope it helps you !
