    Default What is Host process for Windows ?

    i am fed up with this Host process for Windows but i know that this is important process.

    also i have edge connection so it have slow speed and this process eat all bandwidth.

    so anyone help me so that it may uses minimal bandwidth.

    Cutting back on some of the background services should help.

    The goal is to use minimal bandwidth, thus reducing excess or unneeded services may decrease network traffic. For example, UPnP & SSDP can be safely disabled. Of course it all depends on your current setup. Lemme see if i can find a list somewhere.
