Default No space to backup on my disk partition

Something (unknown to me) happened to my partition. Now when I try to back it up, it says there isn't enough room? Can I increase the size? Or even delete it, create a bigger one? I have a Lenovo, which has a onekey recovery system. I use Windows 7. As you can tell, I am a novice. Any help would be appreciated.

    Clear Disk Junk using CCleaner.

Then resize partition using any one of these free software like Easeus, Partition Manager, etc to create more space. You can get the links here:

In general, one should use an external disk for backups. But your thing seems to be working differently. Post a full picture of your Disk Management and tell us which partition you want to backup to where.

You're most likely having only one HDD and the first thing to establish is the size of your folders. Download Folder Size FREEWARE from:

Folder Size - Freeware. Check the directory sizes and folder sizes on your computer with this freeware tree size analysis tool.

and post a screenshot of the result.

If you don't know how to make a screenshot, then read "Use Snipping Tool to capture screen shots" (this tool is a part of Windows):

Firstly clean the disk by a cleanser which will remove all the unnecessary data which is occupying large space of the disk.

^ Sure you can. But CCleaner offers more options.

    huh ?
can you resize a partition with CCleaner ???

my answer was to this part of your post:

"Then resize partition using any one of these free software like Easeus, Partition Manager, etc to create more space. You can get the links here:
FREE Partition Managers for Windows 7 - Partition Wizard, Easeus, etc"

Windows 7īs own diskmanager (diskmgmt.msc) is NOT a "cleaning tool"...

    I mis-read hackerman1. I "read" it as diskcleaner.
