    Default Windows 7 32-bit with 4GB RAM shows 2GM RAM

    Hello everyone. I dont know much about computer, but i know that when i have windows 7 32-bit, from 4 gb ram it shows 3.5gb . But i have annoying problem. Now it shows 2gb ram not 3.5 !!! help plz

    Post a picture of your Resource Monitor > Memory tab. Then we shall see.

    FYI Windows 7 (except Starter) can't address 2^32 bits of physical memory, therefore Windows 7 32bit is not right choice if you have a 64bit processor and 4GB or more RAM.

    There are possible two causes!!

    1. Your PC is running Windows 7 Starter now.

    2. Your PC has 2GB of RAM instead of 4GB (2GB of RAM's stick might have been removed)
