Default BSOD while playing video games or watching videos

Hi ! So here's the problem, I regularly get BSOD while playing video games or watching videos on YouTube or just doing normal tasks and I'm pretty sure it's related to my usb m-audio sound card. Sometimes it's a BSOD and sometimes, the graphics just freeze and nothing respond (mouse, keyboard) (In that case, I'm obligated to physically restart/shut down my PC). Also, it never happened before I got my new pc that has the same os but not all compenents are the same.

Almost everytime I'm on my PC I'm listening to some music with that soundcard exept when I do homeworks...

Here's the error message after booting from a BSOD:

    Problem signature:
    -- Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    -- OS Version: 6.1.7601.
    -- Locale ID: 3084

    Additional information about the problem:
    -- BCCode: d1
    -- BCP1: 000000004F444648
    -- BCP2: 0000000000000002
    -- BCP3: 0000000000000001
    -- BCP4: FFFFF8800422D256
    -- OS Version: 6_1_7601
    -- Service Pack: 1_0
    -- Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    -- C: \ Windows \ Minidump \ 031413-5506-01.dmp
    -- C: \ Users \ Alex \ AppData \ Local \ Temp \ WER-10452-0.sysdata.xml

If the online privacy statement is not available, please read offline:
    -- C: \ Windows \ system32 \ en-US \ erofflps.txt

Here's a link to the SF Dagnostic Tool results uploaded on sky drive: (just copy is in your url bar)

I'm currently using a custom pc wich asus motherboard, win 7 as OS, 2x (4Gig ) RAM, Radeon HD 6700 series, 250G ssd and 1G internal normal hard drive.

If you need more infos to solve this problem or you need me to do another test, just tell me and I'll do everything to get rid of those annoying BSOD

    Thank you !

    Hello there!

Seems like the dump files are blaming EHCI eUSB Miniport Driver I would suggest to update the drivers.

    - Uninstall USB 3.0 driver/software
    - Download and install a fresh copy from Intel Download Center
    - Monitor for further BSOD's

    Just for Information purpose
