Please explain by what you mean by "CPU unstable..." and "Registry errors...". Are these error messages you are seeing?
Did this problem just start?
Note SMTP means "simple mail transport protocol" so this is clearly something to do with your email setup. Can you surf the Internet and do other tasks okay? What email program are you using.
This message is often caused by an incorrect firewall setting. ZoneAlarm was known to cause these problem with Outlook.
And could you tell us more about your computer hardware?
