Graphic problem when watching YouTube or Movie on Windows 7

I installed new Windows 7 pro service pak 1, All good

But when I watch some video tape on youtube or a Movie the screen have some issue's i updated all driver's but i stall have the same problem came someone know what i should do

Can you change the browser and see?

Change the Media Player also and see - try VLC and see if the same problem comes.
