Unable to Upgrade from Windows 8 Pro to 8.1: Error Code: 0x1900101-0x400D

HP dv7-3186cl the original SO was win 7, upgraded to win Pro 8 with media center it worked great for 1 year does this mean the computer is not upgradable to win 8.1. It seems to be driver issue with Nvidia I get the same error when try to upgrade Win 8 Pro with Nivdia divers 327.23 currently installed is Nvidia 320.49, is this a problem with Nivida.

Hi, I can think of the following:

Update your Graphics Adapter driver to the latest version

Reset Windows Store Cache.

Disable AntiVirus software.
