How to pin Skype to Windows 8.1 start screen?

I am using window 8.1, when i install skype, i want skype in start screen, What do i setting?

1. In the Windows Start screen, click or tap the Store tile.

2. Type "Skype" into the search box.
3. Click the Skype tile in the results.
