Default XP skins conflict with system programs

this is a poll to determine if what i claim is true or false. on wincustomize site, they have a section called windowblinds. WB changes your OS's skin..the buttons, menus etc. they have both vista and XP ready skins. why i say this is because i removed a skin that was for XP. i decided to use a skin designed for vista and so far, no problems.

the question is, if you use XP designed skins on vista only OS, will it react negatively with system programs like anti virus, updates, CCleaner etc..

From where do you get such absurd notions?
No the skins which you use will have no impact on your system programs!

it may be absurd but from my experience, this odd occurance has happened at least 3 times from december and this month.
