Default How do you rate your ISP

I was wondering just how you rated your ISP, because I rate mine Manx.net as excellent. They have a good range of services, are reasonably priced and 24 hour daily contact if problems happen, there is always someone there to help and solutions found.
So how do you rate yours.

    10MB unlimited downloads
    20MB unlimited downloads
and now 50MB unlimited downloads broadband speeds.
Thay also do cable TV and Telephone so always have good deals.

in the village where i live the dsl is much slower (640kb/s download and 320kb/s upload) and it cost is 42 euros/month.
I use an umts connection (traffic limited to 100mb/day) with 1mb/s download for only 15euros/month

soichiro, is that 640 Kbits or Kbytes. I am asking because your DSL is VERY expensive. I get 6000 Kbits for only €15 per month and no volume limit (in Germany). What can you download with 100mb/day. Downloading Windows7 for example was 2.5 GigaBytes. In which country are you?

    Welcome aboard

Well I have Telecom Italia Net (Alice ADSL 7 Mega).. I'm not a fan of Telecom Italia NET, but I Have no choice.
So I would rate it "good" even though their customer care is terrific.
Like our new friend soichiro I live in a town where only ALICE ADSL works
