Ritesh intel's C2Q 2.40 Ghz does not support VT Technology so, you'll be not able to use W7 XP mode......if you want to purchase C2Q then.....purchase C2Q (q9300 2.50 Ghz or q9400 2.66 Ghz) or if it passes the budget then go for C2D (e8200 2.66Ghz or e8300 2.8 Ghz).....they supports VT Technology....the processor series you've selected does not supports VT....and in my opinion its not a good choice....

and instead of DG 31 go for DG41TY or 43GT.....they'll give you the real performance taste of your processor....

Ritesh are u goin to overclock i can suggest u awesome configs..

Go for a quad 9450 or a E8400 couple it with aftermarket heatsink like Sunbeam (SCCF) with 4gb Gskill Black Pi rams and board u can go with any P45 chipset recommended one are ASUS or gigabyte .I prefer gigabyte and if u r not a hardcore gamer then u can go for 9600gt or 4670 or if u want to game then go for 4850 ...

Don go for the Quad 660 with the Co stepping go for E0 stepping if u plan to buy that,.

I am good in all these hardware related pc config stuff..

E8200 and E8300 are not available any more. E8400 or E8600 has VT support. and never buy intel boards they **** to the core.
