Is this a scam or Pirating or both?

In doing research for the best price on Office 2010 and Acrobat 9 I ran across a site where people are selling license keys and download links for $10 to $75. (ecrater.com). They say the license keys activate and the product can get updates.

Where would they be getting working license keys from that they can sell for such a low price?

I assume these would not be legal installations.

Best to stay away from it, in either case!

sometimes when something is too good to be true it generally is. Most of the time you are best off getting it from known stores.

Very often those are keys that are only good for testing. The expire after a few weeks/months.
