Which mobile I should buy?

Here are my requirements:

I want to check mail and send mail through it.
QWERTY or Touch Screen doesn't matter
I must be able to visit all websites through it, including Youtube and TWC
Can blog with it (optional)
Must have BEST internet connectivity
and finally
SCREEN should be atleast 3mm wide.

Here are 4 mobiles which I have shortlisted-

HTC HD2
HTC HD MINI
SAMSUNG 1900 GALAXY
NOKIA E72

so which one I should buy?

Is the iPhone completely ruled out for you? Out of those you mentioned, I'd have to go for the HD2, or the Droid X.
