Why cant I post a link?

Hi,

I've been a member on many forums in the past 20+ yr and was allowed to post a link to a website when it was relevant to what I was posting. Now it's not allowed? Just curious as to why I can't post a link?

I tried to post a link to the web I use for communicating the more complex problems that arise when using a W PC hard. Currently I have a problem with email & W7 and tried to post a link to klxdrt.com where the problem is stepped out w/5 or 6 screenshots with explanations. This appeared to be a, K.I.S.S./ simple method to do it.

Also, if I have to upload separate names, please let me TYPE, PIX SIZE, MB SIZE & NUMBER PER POST and can I order them and put a 20 word description beneath each one?
