Need a Windows 7 Start Button

Hey everyone, I am new to Windows 7, and I have recently used the Start Button changer.

Long story short, I was wondering if anyone can make me a specific start button. I am desperately trying to get a complete theme for my PC and this is the image I wanted on the start button:

I would like, if possible, for it to be rounded (you know, 3d-looking like the rest of the buttons in the sample download), possibly with the neat glowing effects like the others have.

I am not good with photo editing, so I thought perhaps someone on here would be so kind as to whip something up for me. I can repay you in any manner you see fit, I am always willing to learn and to help.

Wow! I can't believe I got a response so fast, and so perfect! Thanks a ton, it's excellent!! Now I just have to find some more wallpapers. Also, anyone into Warhammer 40k with some mouse pointers or anything?
