Question to programmers regarding customization apps

This question goes out to L.W., Kishan, HappyAndyK, r.k and the other coders that have released the wide variety of apps to customize the appearance of windows and add other functionality (such as start button change, background changer, icon cache rebuilder, mass icon changer, task pane change, etc.).

I am wondering if the authors could collaborate and release a single program that incorporates all of these customization features. It might be more convenient and less messy in terms of one program that does all of the customization rather than dozens of individual exe files that each accomplish one customization task.

Just a thought.

I have actually thought of this myself in the past. Honestly I would love to see what everyone would come up with
