Looks great, but doesn't the start button image have to be a .bmp file ?

I use StartOrbz and it lets me use PNG files

A glow when you hover / when you click on it, would have been welcome

its supposed to glow when u hover and go slightly out of focus when you click. It works for my version. I'll have to update the BMP
