Default Windows Vista 32bit Freezes Constantly!

I am going insane. I have tried literally everything I can think of and brought my computer both to a computer specialist outside of town, as well as Staples and neither have been able to help. The specialist says nothing was wrong and it worked great for him, however, after I brought it home it went back to it's old tendencies of freezing. I even thought it was a hard drive failure so got an RMA for a new hard drive from IBUYPOWER. It was working great for the first few days and then it started freezing again. Staples however told me that my machine was getting to hot but the hottest i've seen the temp ( I have a built in LCD with temp gauge registers wired to areas) is around 60 degrees celcius, now however, for the card I have I have heard that that's normal. I've run CC Cleaner as well as AVG and it still freezes. I've even increased the page file amount for memory. What happens is it starts to freeze and the mouse startes going slowly across the screen and programs stop responding. Eventually it freezes completely, however, sometimes after a few minutes it all goes haywire from trying to close programs or move the mouse and everything goes back to normal, at least until it does it again. Normally it seems to do it on IE however, if I turn the computer on and go to do something I will come back and the login screen is frozen. I'll post my system specs below but I'm not sure what else to do..if the specialists around here can't help you guys are my only hope!

Also, I have Driver Agent and all of my drivers are current to my knowledge.

Maybe you have a DPC problem. Run this program ( DPC Latency Checker ) and read the webpage for a better understanding. They also propose useful debugging steps.

    Default DPC Check

I've been running the DPC Check with IE on along with YouTube streaming a video and its around 1000. I am actually surprised it hasn't crashed yet tonight or frozen...the highest internal temp is at around 60 degrees celcius.

You hav got a mean machine there mate!
Check the power supply to the machine. It might be freezin because of power shortage. I am not talking about SMPS, that seems to be adequate, i am talking about the power supply to the SMPS.

I've got it plugged into a voltage stabilizer so it shouldn't be? I'm not to keen on computer hardware. I'm a bit better when it comes to the software aspects .

Well your config is fine and your smps is more than enough for your config..Check your earthing with ground. Re assemble by cleanin all components and 60C is a bit too high so try for ventilation ...

It's brand new.. that's the thing : / well, only a few months old anyways. I am almost wondering if it's a overheating issue. The other day when it froze it stayed frozen and then the screen turned black quick and it rebooted..which sounds like overheating to me. I'm not an expert though.

    Three things I suggest you:
1.Do a deep scan of your system with Kaspersky or NOD
2.Please check the temperature of your system.
3.You might need to unplug all components once and plug them back.Remove any USB devices if you are using one.

Could be because of some background process triggered by an application. Hard to tell but you can try Hijackthis.

Download from here & verify here, paste it here too, someone might be able to figure out something wrong if there is something wrong.
