    Default Flash drive format message

    Each time I plug my 4GB USB flash drive, I get the message below:



    "You need to format the disk in the drive G: before you can us it.

    Do you want to format it?"

    That's what am trying to avoid as I have important docs in the flash drive.

    Any way around it guys?
