Each time I plug my 4GB USB flash drive, I get the message below:"You need to format the disk in the drive G: before you can us it.Do you want to format it?"I have important files in the flash drive and would be greatful for any help.

Try a file recovery program, such as recuva at piriform.com

You try insert Hiren's Boot Disk ->Mini Xp -> Insert USB (if Windows ask "You need to format the disk in the drive G: before you can us it.Do you want to format it?" -> you click Cancel) ->copy DATA in USB -> Partition DATA in PC.(Backup data finish)
