Can't enable AHCI mode on my 990fxa ud7

Hello. I have a problem with not being able to enable ahci mode function on my motherboard. It is a gigabyte 990fxa UD7 board , and I have SSD ocz agility 4 , and one samsung and seagate drive. It work's normaly but when I set the mode in bios from IDE to AHCI it simpli doesn mot want to boot because it says botmanager fail. I even tried enabling it in registry , and it seems enabled but it wont boot . I run Windows 10 pro .
