Adobe Flash Player for Windows Phone

Does anyone when and if we will be getting Flash Player for Windows Phone? The " need to download Flash Player to watch this video" or " this device does not support Flash Player" are getting old.just about every web page has some thing that requires it. Am I missing something here?

Adobe has confirmed that Flash 10.1 will be coming to Windows Phone 7 handsets around mid-2011. That is all that is known.
