I think Apple Iphone 4 is better choice than Windows phone because

Apple brand is huge and people always wait for these phones

and the new Apple Iphone 4S has a excellent feature like if you ask any question it will answer it irresepective of the language you ask

I guess Apple is still the best choice than windows phone. Windows phone should prove that they are worth the money first and a lot of people are using iPhone now, so I'd still go for the Apple phone.
