    You're welcome Ramesh.
I think NOD32, Avira and Kaspersky are the best antivirus software at present.
However, as you know, it should be enough to have Windows fully updated and at least Vista or XP built in firewall turned on

hey i read the news published in a newspaper here in india that this virus hits the network system of french air force, due to this the pilots are not able to fly there planes for more than two days as they are not able to download there flying data plans.... Microsoft warns them about this new worm but they take it lightly and now paying for that, the french air force stated that 99% of the network will be made secured again........

thanks leo for informing about this......

    Hi nitinagarwal1988,
I've read the news you talk about in WVC home page some days ago.
In Italy this worm propagates itself through many hospital networks unfortunately.

This proves both the need for a good antivirus and the need to ensure that it and all thing are updated. Prevention is better than cure and less painful. In the end it is our own stupidy that catches us out and security is our personal concern and in truth our responsibility

    there is an update

Computer experts unite to hunt worm - International Herald Tribune

In relation to Botnet I always suggest to install and use a third party personal firewall.
I do not worry only of my computers, in other words
