It depends on your hard disk, how many data stores for example

Did you get disconnected from the net when you used Combofix?

I suppose your system was compromised by too many virus and spyware,

Do you have a restore disk?

I know I had a virus that was duplicating but I didnt think it was that bad.. I watched the whole thing before I left..Should I reinstall?

Or is there a way I can load it up with the disk or something? right now im running on my soft partitioned Linux OS..

I had told you to disconnect before using Combofix.

Well download Avira Rescue CD, please

Virus removal, boot sector repair, system check - free tools download

Burn the ISO file into a CD
Set BIOS to start your PC from CD/DVD Unit

Read how to use it here

Free Avira AntiVir Rescue System CD to Clean Unremovable Virus Raymond.CC Blog

    and here

Advanced Usage of Avira AntiVir Rescue System BootCD Raymond.CC Blog

Perhaps we can still rescue your system (without using a restore DVD I mean)

    Oh my God,
I read this only now: You cacthed a rootkit

Rootkit - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    It is really dangerous

    http://www.prevx.com/filenames/10889...SSERV.SYS.html

That's why you cannot log in to your system now, I suppose,

EDIT to say: are you sure you cannot boot into safe mode?
